Description: Join Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) Midwest for a virtual screening of its documentary "Heartbeat of the Community: Recruiting and Retaining Teachers in Rural Schools." The screening will introduce actionable strategies to support teacher preparation and recruitment, particularly in rural communities and contexts affected by COVID-19. The screening will include relevant clips of the documentary interspersed with panel discussions.

Audience: This webinar is designed for individuals and organizations involved in preparing and recruiting teachers to rural areas and supporting their retention, including superintendents, assistant superintendents, principals, human resources staff, higher education teacher preparation staff, and other school and district leaders.
